FC Sol’s Mission:
Our mission is to develop motivated, talented players for professional,
college and amateur soccer, and to make a positive impact on our players
lives.
Professional Environment:
Our club connects top, motivated youth players with the adult players in
training and competition.
Nationally Recognized:
We are a nationally recognized Soccer Club competing in the National Premier
Soccer League, Lamar Hunt Open Cup, US Amateur Cup, NorCal Premier Soccer,
and US Club Soccer Sanctioned Tournaments.
Training Program:
Our training program will focus on developing the physical, technical,
tactical and mental areas necessary to play at each players potential.
Cost:
We have decreased the cost in order to increase the opportunities and
options for all players
Training Center:
Our training center will be at Sonoma State University, with additional
trainings held in Petaluma and Santa Rosa.
Coaching Staff:
FC SOL features many of the top coaches in the North Bay, including two
current college coaches, and a former Belize National team coach.
Club Membership:
Our Club Membership Program will offer an opportunity to maintain lifetime
contact with FC SOL as a player, parent or fan - As a FC SOL club member!
FC SOL System of Play:
The basis of the FC Sol System is a 4-3-3 with other systems trained for
purposes of player and team development
FC SOL Style of Play:
We strive to play possession football; attractive, offensive-minded,
creative, fast, fair and, when possible, in the opponents¹ half
FC SOL Players:
As members of the FC Sol players are expected to represent themselves
positively on and off the field. Youth and college players are required to
maintain academic eligibility
